ExperienceOur work experience in photogrammetry ranges from digital orthophotos and Helicopter mapping for DOT roadway projects to detailed GIS base mapping of major power producing plants, airports and university campuses. IF Rooks is one of the few mapping companies with our own aircraft, flight crew and photo lab. We can produce all our work in-house. Having full control of a project, from beginning to end, allows us to apply our rigorous quality controls to every phase, to ensure that any mapping project we undertake will meet or exceed National Mapping Accuracy Standards. IFR’s capabilities include both fixed wing aircraft and helicopter photography allowing us to support a wide variety of mapping applications. Our extensive FDOT mapping experience resulted in the award of Districtwide Miscellaneous Photogrammetric contracts for both District 4 and District 6 of the Florida Department of Transportation.
